  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract optional for enhanced flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil optional for smooth melting if using white or milk chocolate

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and dry the fresh strawberries thoroughly. Dice them into small pieces, no wider than 5cm. Set aside.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, add diced strawberries, yoghurt, and vanilla extract. Gently fold until well combined.
  3. Freeze Mixture: Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spoon dollops of mixture onto the tray. Freeze for 1.5 to 2 hours until solid.
  4. Chocolate Coating: Melt gluten-free chocolate buttons. If using white or milk chocolate, add coconut oil for smooth consistency.
  5. Coat Each Bite: Remove frozen bites and dip in melted chocolate. Use a fork to lift them out, letting excess chocolate drip back.
  6. Final Freezing: Place coated bites back on the tray. Return to freezer for 30 minutes to let chocolate set.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Let bites sit for a minute after removing from freezer before serving.
