Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C), ensuring the environment is ready for a low-and-slow cooking experience that transforms the ribs into tender, juicy delights.
  2. Carefully remove the silver skin from the back of the pork baby back ribs to enhance tenderness.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the spice mixture, ensuring every inch is covered.
  5. Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  6. While the ribs bake, create the barbecue sauce by heating your favorite BBQ sauce with honey, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Once the ribs have finished baking, carefully unwrap them from the foil and brush the warm BBQ sauce over both sides of the ribs.
  8. Preheat your grill or broiler, then cook the glazed ribs for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
  9. Once the ribs are perfectly caramelized, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
