Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add wet ingredients: Gradually pour in warmed milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead dough: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. First rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Prepare filling: Mix cinnamon and brown sugar in a small bowl.
