- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and green chiles to the beef and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing until well mixed.
- Fold the meat mixture into the cheese and ranch blend until combined.
- Fill each phyllo tart shell with the meat and cheese filling.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
