  3. Combine and Serve: Add drained pasta to avocado mixture along with diced tomatoes and sliced green onions. Toss until coated, adding more reserved water for desired consistency.
  4. Final Touches: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Optionally, sprinkle extra fresh green onions on top.
