  • 2 cups Coconut Water Unsweetened variety recommended
  • 1 ripe Mango Fresh or juice, pure without added sugars
  • 1 cup Pineapple Bits Fresh or canned packed in juice
For Serving

  • 1-2 slices Pineapple For garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling filtered water to around 175°F (80°C). Pour the hot water over the green tea bags in a heat-resistant pitcher and steep for about 3 minutes.
  2. Let the brewed green tea cool to room temperature, about 10 minutes.
  3. Blend 1 ripe mango and 1 cup of pineapple bits until smooth.
  4. In a large pitcher, mix 2 cups of coconut water with the blended mango-pineapple juice.
  5. Fill glasses halfway with ice cubes, then pour the tropical juice mixture over the ice, filling about two-thirds full.
  6. Slowly pour the cooled green tea over the tropical juice in each glass for a layered effect.
  7. Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple on the rim and serve immediately.
