  • 2 teaspoons Bayou City All-Purpose Seasoning Can replace with general seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Pepper & Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Adjust to taste
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets Can substitute with cauliflower or peas
  • 2 cups White Rice Fully cooked
  • to taste Salt and Pepper For seasoning

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté chicken thighs seasoned with salt and pepper for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and shred.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Deglaze the pan with chicken stock, scraping up bits and simmer for 4 minutes.
  5. Stir in cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, Boursin cheese, and cheddar cheese until smooth.
  6. In a bowl, combine rice, broccoli, and shredded chicken, fold in creamy sauce.
  7. Transfer to a greased casserole dish, top with remaining cheddar cheese, and spread evenly.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
