For the Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Tamari can be used for gluten-free option.
  • 2 tablespoons Plum Sauce Adjust quantity based on taste preference.
  • 1/4 cup Nondairy Milk Any plant-based milk can be used.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop the cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Whisk together the soy sauce, plum sauce, and nondairy milk in a small bowl. Set aside for quick assembly.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the beef-less ground and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.
  3. Once crispy, reduce heat and stir in minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Incorporate cabbage, carrots, and water chestnuts into the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cabbage wilts but remains vibrant.
  5. Remove from heat and pour in the sauce, stirring everything until well combined. Fold in chopped green onions.
  6. Serve in bowls or over jasmine rice or noodles. Drizzle with chili garlic sauce or sriracha if desired.
