Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients until combined.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over them, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F/190°C).
  4. Remove chicken from the refrigerator, let excess marinade drip off.
  5. Grill chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Optionally, brush the chicken with leftover marinade during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
  7. Once done, transfer to a cutting board, cover loosely with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
